Chocolate Peanut Butter Disks

Ingredients

Serves 4-5

100g smooth peanut butter

30g dark chocolate chips, melted

Total time: 2 hours (including freezing time)

Method

Spoon the peanut butter onto a lined baking tray into disk shapes, then freeze for a few hours.

Once frozen drizzle over the melted chocolate. Keep them in the freezer as a quick tasty snack.
