Christmas Mince Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

260ml semi-skimmed milk

30g rolled oats

20g mincemeat

20g protein powder, vanilla or unflavoured

40g apple sauce

20g almond butter

1 handful ice

Total time: 5 minutes

Method

Mega simple; just combine all of the ingredients in a liquidiser and blend until smooth.

This recipe is great to eat on the go!

Tips

Adjust the amount of ice to make the smoothie thicker or thinner.

You can use the same amount of skimmed milk or dairy-free milk (e.g. almond or soya) if preferred.
